Shares in Jenn Feng New Energy fell to an all-time low.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Taiwan Stock Exchange by 565 to 453, while 98 ended unchanged. In commodities, crude oil for September delivery was down 0.16% or 0.13 to $83.14 a barrel. Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.04% or 0.04 to $88.94 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.60% or 27.00 to trade at $4,440.50 a troy ounce. USD/TWD was down 0.15% to 32.18, while the US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 99.87.
